- Delivery of AI systems in trial design, regulatory writing, or scientific operations
- Knowledge of validation strategy, auditability, compliance, and reviewer expectations
- Clear communication across scientific, clinical, technical, and executive audiences
- Ability to translate technical tradeoffs into decision quality and risk posture
- Systems thinking with high execution standards
- Ability to turn failures and audit findings into improved operating standards
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end model deployments within life sciences organizations
- Design and ship production systems around models
- Manage integrations, data provenance, and system reliability
- Translate ambiguous workflow needs into technical requirements
- Define and enforce launch criteria for regulated contexts
- Build architectures for sensitive scientific data environments
- Run evaluation loops against scientific benchmarks
- Drive model and product changes based on results
- Develop hardened primitives and reference architectures for scaling
