- Practical AI workflow configuration understanding

Tasks
- Lead customer discovery and design sessions
- Map business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Define solution architecture
- Design and build integrations using low/no-code platforms
- Use CRM automation tools with API connectors
- Collaborate with Engineering to validate technical feasibility
- Resolve technical blockers
- Share field learnings to inform product improvements
- Configure and optimize the AI Agent
- Define intents, prompts, actions, guardrails, and performance metrics
- Manage complex, cross-functional deployments
- Define timelines and align stakeholders
- Ensure accountability and on-time delivery
- Create scalable models and reusable frameworks
- Develop templates, playbooks, and reference architectures
- Champion continuous learning and enablement
- Train peers and run internal workshops
- Document best practices
- Run global, targeted outbound campaigns
- Generate pipeline and accelerate adoption
- Collaborate with GTM leadership
- Embed routines and cadences for accountability
- Drive new product pipeline, forecast accuracy, and performance tracking
- Own regional top-line targets for assigned products
- Collaborate with AEs and AMs for add-on quotas
- Act as an internal product owner within the GTM function
- Define product-specific MRR strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional support
- Ensure Aircall delivers the leading AI-enabled communication platform
- Collaborate with Product and PMM
- Shape the AI Voice Agent roadmap
- Drive internal and external product education
- Enable System Integrators and channel partners
- Maintain deep awareness of AI and CX industry trends
- Ensure Aircall’s competitive positioning
- Feed insights back into product and GTM strategies
- Deliver high-quality, scalable AI Agent deployments
- Achieve clear business outcomes
- Shorten time-to-first-value
- Increase automation adoption across SMB customers
- Ensure reusable frameworks are actively used
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to enhance platform capabilities
- Demonstrate leadership in team enablement and upskilling
