- Provide risk reports aligned with automotive standards
- Monitor the effectiveness of FMEA actions
- Ensure timely completion and escalation of delayed actions
- Develop company-specific FMEA modules for standardization
- Incorporate lessons learned into design and production processes
- Review and update FMEAs on a regular basis
