- Ensure availability of parts, tools, and equipment
- Chair test readiness reviews for ground and flight tests
- Participate in debriefings to resolve aircraft deficiencies
- Develop maintenance plans before subsequent flights
- Manage aircraft schedules with the Lead Flight Test Engineer
