- Collaborate with Flavorists and Assistants.
- Develop new flavors for customer projects.
- Match competitor flavors and create new blends.
- Optimize existing flavors for special applications.
- Utilize analytical and sensory data for flavor development.
- Evaluate new raw materials for flavor creation.
- Contribute to safety and audit requirements.
- Participate in raw material calamity projects.
- Work with the Application department on flavor evaluations.
- Support sales and customers with consulting and training.
