Tasks
- Oversee monthly consolidated three-statement financials
- Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Derive financials from local bookkeeping sources
- Ensure compliance with HGB and IFRS principles
- Build annual budgets
- Develop rolling forecasts based on business needs
- Collaborate with Head of Finance on budgets and forecasts
- Cooperate with senior leadership on budgets and forecasts
- Monitor actuals versus plan continuously
- Provide insights to the leadership team
- Monitor cash runway against liquidity plans
- Optimize working capital levels
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams on working capital
- Evolve tools and systems for internal controls
- Increase automation across the group
- Ensure proper process documentation
- Enable scalability of the finance function
- Support internal stakeholders with reports
- Support external stakeholders with reports
- Provide standardized reports
- Provide tailored reports
- Enable decentralized cost controlling
- Facilitate effective investor communication
- Develop key financial analyses for fundraising
- Develop key financial analyses for corporate transactions
