As a Financial Analyst in the Industrials team, you will dive into financial data, create models, and conduct thorough research. This role involves preparing key presentations and building strong client relationships to ensure impactful advisory services.

Requirements

• •Fluency in German and English (verbal and written)
• •Strong Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• •At least 1 year of full-time experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) or Transactions Services consulting or corporate development
• •Experience in executing sell-side transactions
• •Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• •Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of accounting and applied financial theory
• •Excellent understanding of financial statements analysis
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• •Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with team members
• •Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Tasks

• •Prepare and analyze historical and projected financial information
• •Create financial models
