- Participate in complex negotiations for clients
- Offer distressed M&A advisory
- Advise on debt and equity raising in stressed situations
- Prepare and analyze historical and projected financial information
- Create financial models
- Coordinate and perform business due diligence
- Assist in preparing confidential information memoranda and management presentations
- Support the creation of marketing pitches and other presentations
- Prepare preliminary valuation analyses for discussions and negotiations
- Assist in planning and executing marketing engagements
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and professional advisors
Education
- Bachelor's degree
