Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- At least two years of working experience in a Big4 audit firm
- Very good knowledge of accounting principles (HGB & IFRS or US-GAAP)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP (ideally, NetSuite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & English
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse large sets of data
- High sense of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Prepare quarterly financial statements
- Prepare annual financial statements
- Coordinate financial reporting for subsidiaries
- Perform consolidation processes
- Analyze financial data
- Provide insights on performance and financial health
- Maintain accounting policies and processes
- Improve internal controls
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Adhere to regulatory and statutory requirements
