- •Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- •Near-native German and strong English proficiency
- •Knowledge of German GAAP, IFRS, and tax law
- •Residence in the Frankfurt area
- •Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- •Proficiency in Excel
Education
Bachelor's degree
Tasks
- •Partner with the Finance Manager to improve internal finance processes
- •Support Record-to-Report and Purchase-to-Pay workflows
- •Lead communication with tax advisors, banks, and local regulators
- •Manage client communication as needed
- •Maintain physical documents and contracts per legal retention requirements
- •Advise on complex transaction treatments under German GAAP
- •Coordinate financial statement and tax assessment preparation
- •Execute revenue-generating tasks within the Accounting and Tax team
