Tasks
- Develop and lead a high-performing Finance team
- Mentor Finance professionals to foster continuous improvement
- Set strategic objectives for the central Finance function
- Partner with the Global CLT for HelloFresh SE and service entities
- Influence critical business decisions with financial insights
- Ensure profit maximization and develop long-term strategic plans
- Orchestrate end-to-end financial planning and forecasting
- Deliver board-level financial reporting and strategic insights
- Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Oversee daily operations of Accounting and Controlling
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and HGB for financial reporting
- Manage internal and external financial audits
- Champion digital transformation in the finance function
- Identify and implement automated solutions and modern tools
- Enhance data accuracy and eliminate operational redundancies
- Serve as a key interface to global shared service functions
- Expand and apply best practices across the finance landscape
