Tasks
- •Act as primary financial advisor to leadership.
- •Prepare plant performance reports for review.
- •Analyze production cost drivers for efficiency.
- •Lead financial reviews with operational stakeholders.
- •Provide insights for business cases and proposals.
- •Coordinate annual budget and rolling forecasts.
- •Develop and maintain costing models for planning.
- •Support long-range planning for financial alignment.
- •Ensure compliance with internal controls and audits.
- •Support internal and external audits for the plant.
- •Maintain financial documentation per audit standards.
- •Act as local process owner for financial transactions.
- •Ensure implementation of TE methodology and standards.
- •Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes.
- •Enhance ERP system usage with IT and finance teams.
- •Support monthly and year-end closings for the site.
- •Ensure completeness of journal entries and reconciliations.
- •Maintain fixed asset register and follow up on projects.
- •Oversee inventory accounting and valuations.
- •Serve as finance lead and bridge to central finance.
- •Provide accounting information for financial controls.
- •Ensure timely and accurate plant-level financials.
- •Ensure compliance with corporate policies and requirements.
- •Support decision-making with KPIs and financial insights.
- •Ensure accuracy of production-related financial transactions.
- •Monitor production variances and propose corrective actions.
- •Liaise with finance departments for reporting support.
- •Coordinate with central finance and accounting functions.
- •Participate in cross-plant finance initiatives.
