Requirements

• •5-7 years experience in plant controlling
• •Experience in global environments
• •Strong command of Power BI
• •Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP
• •Strong relationship builder and communicator
• •Proactive and autonomous individual
• •Professional proficiency in German & English

Tasks

• •Act as primary financial advisor to leadership.
• •Prepare plant performance reports for review.
• •Analyze production cost drivers for efficiency.
• •Lead financial reviews with operational stakeholders.
• •Provide insights for business cases and proposals.
• •Coordinate annual budget and rolling forecasts.
• •Develop and maintain costing models for planning.
• •Support long-range planning for financial alignment.
• •Ensure compliance with internal controls and audits.
• •Support internal and external audits for the plant.
• •Maintain financial documentation per audit standards.
• •Act as local process owner for financial transactions.
• •Ensure implementation of TE methodology and standards.
• •Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes.
• •Enhance ERP system usage with IT and finance teams.
• •Support monthly and year-end closings for the site.
• •Ensure completeness of journal entries and reconciliations.
• •Maintain fixed asset register and track capital projects.
• •Oversee inventory accounting and valuations.
• •Serve as finance lead and bridge to central finance.
• •Provide accounting information for financial controls.
• •Ensure timely and accurate plant-level financials.
• •Ensure compliance with corporate policies and requirements.
• •Support decision-making with KPIs and financial insights.
• •Ensure accuracy of production-related financial transactions.
• •Monitor production variances and propose corrective actions.
• •Liaise with finance departments for reporting support.
• •Coordinate with central finance and corporate accounting.
• •Participate in cross-plant finance initiatives.
