As a Finance Business Partner, you'll collaborate with leadership to drive key initiatives, analyze financial data, and provide insights that support decision-making. Your role will focus on enhancing financial performance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance while fostering strong relationships across the organization.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or international equivalent
• •Minimum 5 years Finance or Accounting experience
• •Deep knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley 404
• •Experience with SAP BPC - Business Planning and Consolidation tool
• •Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
• •Strong analytical skills
• •Ability to multi-task in high pressure, time-constrained situations

Tasks

• •Provide business and financial analysis to identify important trends
• •Analyze key metrics and offer insights on revenue, margins, and competitive landscape
• •Develop financial models to support analysis and decision-making
• •Make recommendations for improvements and identify risks and opportunities
• •Drive financial performance management, including budgeting and forecasting
• •Identify key actions with the site team to achieve forecast targets
• •Implement processes to reduce working capital and maximize cash flow
• •Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP
• •Meet all reporting deadlines with complete and accurate data
• •Build strong relationships with colleagues and corporate functions
• •Collaborate with management to execute continuous improvement projects
• •Provide regular updates on performance and actions to meet objectives
