Tasks
- Hold business units accountable for financial KPIs and operating metrics
- Shape and improve financial and operating data systems
- Prepare and deliver monthly reporting packs for DACH business units
- Prepare Quarterly Update Review packs for CEO, CFO, and COO
- Plan and deliver annual budgets for DACH business units
- Manage rolling forecasts for DACH portfolio businesses
- Review modelling assumptions for potential acquisitions
- Lead day-to-day relationships with DACH business units
- Participate in integration activities for new acquisitions
- Assess system and data requirements for new businesses
- Design reporting solutions with Integration Director and Head of BI
- Support weekly sales pipeline reporting and reviews
- Manage Regional Financial Controller on daily activities
