Requirements

Tasks
- Plan and manage daily field service activities
- Install Olympus medical equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
- Repair endoscopic equipment and peripherals
- Interact closely with customers
- Support customers to build strong partnerships
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain product knowledge
- Ensure quality assurance
- Comply with service guidelines and SOPs
- Train customers and colleagues
- Share knowledge within the team
- Improve team transparency
- Follow up on service agreements
- Implement Olympus' service concept
- Prepare documentation for service sale tenders
Work Experience

- Vocational certification
