Field Service Representative(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Certified technician or equivalent qualification in industrial engineering
• Strong knowledge of Motorola Solutions P25 Trunking Network Systems
• Strong knowledge of communications systems and customer technical support
• Solid working knowledge of Motorola radio systems and their applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Flexibility in adapting to situations
• Teamwork skills
• CompTIA Network+, Security+, MCSE, or CISSP certifications
• Solid working knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) theory
• Ability to use and demonstrate MS applications and Google software tools
• Excellent knowledge of hardware and software tools for RF and Networking equipment
• Ability to receive security clearance from U.S. Government
• Completion of standard form 86 questionnaire for national security positions
• At least 3 years of Radio Frequency (RF) experience and at least 2 years of Networking experience
• Work under German labor laws with U.S. Manager support
• Valid U.S. Passport, U.S. driver's license, and excellent health for travel
• U.S. Citizenship required

Tasks

• Provide technical support for Land Mobile Radio networks
• Perform installations and removals of LMR systems
• Deliver client-focused services and ensure timely delivery
• Manage multiple systems during customer interactions
• Support customer communication needs with Motorola products
• Communicate project updates and resolve minor administrative issues
• Operate and maintain equipment for LMR systems
• Troubleshoot and repair radio repeaters and related equipment
• Diagnose and repair customer LMR equipment to OEM standards
• Document repairs and calibrations using the MCM Comm Shop 360 program
• Provide refresher training on radio infrastructure
• Deliver on-site technical support and preventive maintenance
• Support all Service Level Agreements associated with contracts
• Prepare administrative reports for management and contracts
