  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical system issues independently
  • Manage spare parts and materials within ERP systems
  • Create and maintain service and measurement logs
  • Develop a holistic understanding of multi-beam mask writer technology
  • Communicate progress to internal teams and customers
  • Provide on-call support for system troubleshooting
