Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related scientific study, or Associate's degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 5 years related experience in laboratory troubleshooting/repairing analytical equipment or training
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Teamwork skills
  • Professional written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word Processing software
  • Ability to travel including some overnight travel up to 75% of the time
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Acceptable in Germany
  • Proof of eligibility to live and work in Germany
  • Clean German or acceptable driving license
  • Clean drug screening
  • Fluency in English and German

Tasks

  • Install and implement Teledyne Pharma products on-site
  • Optimize hardware, software, and network configurations at customer sites
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance issues
  • Perform maintenance and repair services
  • Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations
  • Proactively address potential equipment issues
  • Serve as an internal resource for technical issues
  • Train other field engineers or customers as needed
  • Calibrate equipment on-site for large volume customers
  • Handle on-site customer service and support assignments
  • Solve non-routine challenges within your area of expertise

Work Experience

  • 5 years

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
