Requirements
- Technical vocational training in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or electronics, or comparable qualification
- Graduation within last 24 months or expected before program start
- Ability to obtain valid passport and travel frequently up to 80% within EMEA
- Valid driver's license class B
- IT skills in Microsoft Windows and Office environments
- Good English and German language skills
- Interest in technology and motivation to develop skills in service engineering
- Attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity
Tasks
- Travel extensively within the region for training
- Gain technical skills in electron microscopy
- Gain experience in field service activities
- Perform on-site installation of systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on systems
- Record activities accurately and timely
- Document work according to procedures
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Complete assigned training courses
- Pass end-of-program reviews
- Develop positive working relationships
- Assure high customer experience
- Comply with company policies
- Follow Health and Safety procedures
