  • Coordinate with customers for smooth operations and exceptional service
  • Install, start-up, and qualify complex equipment independently
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair system issues for maximum uptime
  • Respond to production incidents and collaborate with global teams
  • Execute preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and hardware retrofits
  • Analyze equipment performance and implement improvements
  • Follow established procedures and technical documentation
  • Support process-related topics with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication
  • Identify and address potential risks and dissatisfaction early
