Field Service Engineer [Customer Engineer](m/w/x)

Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Experience in field service, maintenance, or working with complex technical equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in high-responsibility, customer-facing role
- Structured and reliable working style, even under pressure or in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate across international teams

Tasks
- Collaborate with customers to install, maintain, and upgrade equipment
- Support advanced semiconductor equipment at customer sites
- Use digital analytics for troubleshooting
- Apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess technical issues
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on various systems
- Coordinate with customers for smooth operations and exceptional service
- Install, start-up, and qualify complex equipment independently
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair system issues for maximum uptime
- Respond to production incidents and collaborate with global teams
- Execute preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and hardware retrofits
- Analyze equipment performance and implement improvements
- Follow established procedures and technical documentation
- Support process-related topics with customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication
- Identify and address potential risks and dissatisfaction early
