Requirements
- •PhD, Master’s degree, or comparable qualification
- •Practical experience in NMR and polarizers
- •Expertise in NMR spectroscopy and hardware
- •Experience with Hyperpolarization technologies (Preferred)
- •Strong pedagogical and facilitator skills
- •Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- •Troubleshooting skills and customer relationship management
- •Willingness to travel extensively
- •Valid driver’s license

Tasks
- •Bridge the gap between engineering and science
- •Ensure reliable Preclinical Polaris system operations
- •Translate scientific needs into technical solutions
- •Optimize workflows for hyperpolarized dose production
- •Resolve complex mechanical and software issues
- •Perform Tier 1 maintenance and repairs
- •Support system demonstrations with product management
- •Develop SOPs for NMR quality control
- •Analyze system performance and validation activities
- •Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- •Deliver user training and technical documentation
- •Lead technical onboarding for staff and researchers
- •Support Site Acceptance Testing during installations
- •Provide field feedback to R&D and engineering
- •Evaluate new hardware and software features
