Onsite installation, troubleshooting, and repair of MRI-based imaging systems for metabolism analysis. Engineering degree (Electronics/Mechanics) and field service experience required. Stock options included.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Mechanics preferred)
- Experience in field service roles
- Technical knowledge of electronics and automation
- Experience in developing service processes
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Tasks
- Lead onsite system installation and troubleshooting
- Diagnose and repair complex customer equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on installed systems
- Execute equipment upgrades with the R&D team
- Advise customers on equipment care best practices
- Manage technical relationships for key customer accounts
- Document service procedures and quality issues
- Develop service processes and KPIs with leadership
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical manuals
- Train customers on first-line troubleshooting
- Provide field feedback to R&D and engineering
- Test and evaluate new product features
- Manage spare parts inventory for timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Education
- Bachelor's degree
