- Advanced business or finance qualifications (plus)
- At least 5 years commercial experience in sales, marketing, or technical support
- Life Science industry experience
- Strong expertise in microbiology applications for Food and Beverage market
- Understanding of Food and Beverage market sub-segments
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly
- Fluency in English
- Additional European languages (asset)
- Track record managing complex sales processes

Tasks
- Serve as regional Food & Beverage marketing expert
- Translate global strategies into regional execution plans
- Develop and lead marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
- Create sales tools and opportunities aligned with global and regional priorities
- Deliver product and application training to Sales team and customers
- Organize and host webinars
- Represent BioMonitoring products at customer events, seminars, and industry organizations
- Build and maintain strong external networks with key opinion leaders and regulators
- Support Sales Force in the field during customer visits
- Leverage expertise to address business needs
- Develop innovative approaches to meet sales needs
- Capture and analyze field data and relevant regulations
- Provide insights into market and sales trends
- Incorporate customer feedback to advise on competitor positioning and pricing
- Engage in portfolio planning
- Support new product development and market research
- Drive product seeding efforts in Western Europe
