- QNX experience (asset)
- Industrial, Robotics or Medical segment vertical market experience
- Broad high-tech and embedded industry knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of current market concepts and practices

- Equivalent meaningful experience
- RTOS solutions experience (asset)
- Familiarity with functional safety standards (asset)
Tasks
- Act as technical account owner for QNX customers
- Drive revenue through QNX software and services adoption
- Liaise between customers and QNX R&D, Engineering Services, and Product Management
- Provide technical expertise on QNX solutions to customers and prospects
- Support sales team by analyzing customer design requirements
- Offer feasibility and scope assessments to customer requests
- Manage customer technical requirements from development to commercial release
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customer technical staff
- Deliver pre-sales software development work, including demos and benchmarking
- Assist with high-level customer design and initial environment setup
- Participate in customer-specific development as needed
- Prepare and present technical material to customers on-site or virtually
- Represent QNX at regional trade shows, speaking engagements, and webinars
- Develop and maintain a technical knowledge base of competitive intelligence
- Provide recommendations to Marketing and Sales on technical requirements
