Requirements

- 5+ years of professional software development experience in modern C++
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing software for embedded or distributed systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams
- Experience using modern development workflows and tools
- Self-driven and comfortable operating independently
- Comfortable operating in dynamic technical environments
- Experience in automotive, robotics, aerospace, industrial automation, or safety-critical domains
- Familiarity with operating systems, networking, and communication protocols
- Understanding of real-time systems and automotive software architectures
- Experience in technical consulting, field engineering, developer support, or professional services
- Customer enablement or technical training experience
- Familiarity with build systems such as Bazel or CMake
- Experience working with Linux-based development environments
- Authorization to work in Germany
Tasks
- Roll out Apex.AI software to customers
- Provide technical support using Apex.AI products
- Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements
- Deliver high-quality software implementations
- Deploy Apex.AI software in customer environments
- Integrate Apex.AI software with customer systems
- Support Apex.AI software in customer environments
- Troubleshoot complex software issues
- Troubleshoot networking issues
- Troubleshoot middleware issues
- Troubleshoot embedded systems issues
- Partner with internal engineering teams
- Improve product capabilities
- Enhance product usability
- Boost product performance
- Contribute features to Apex.OS
- Contribute fixes to Apex.OS
- Contribute enhancements to Apex.OS
- Deliver technical presentations
- Conduct workshops
- Provide customer training sessions
- Accelerate customer adoption
- Support customer success in automotive platforms
- Support customer success in intelligent machine platforms
