Requirements
- Technical degree in engineering or equivalent
- 2-3 years semiconductor industry experience preferred
- Panel of competencies in optical and electronic technologies is desirable
- Good technical and analytical skills
- Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Available to travel internationally
Tasks
- Hold pre-installation meetings to understand customer requirements.
- Create action plans to meet customer needs.
- Validate deliverables with customers.
- Install tools at customer sites per KLA specifications.
- Conduct system testing, including optical integration and alignment.
- Integrate wafer handler robots and teach their operation.
- Align and calibrate cameras and collection optics.
- Perform system-level calibrations and verifications.
- Conduct performance testing for sensitivity and repeatability.
- Test for stability and cleanliness.
- Verify applications and validate product wafers.
- Resolve complex system issues using data analysis and problem-solving methods.
- Manage critical issues across customers and regions.
- Facilitate tool performance verification with customers post-testing.
- Ensure proper tool functionality through validation.
- Manage customer satisfaction through various meetings.
- Conduct install and application testing for operational quality.
- Provide installation training for worldwide customer support engineering.
