Description

As a Fashion Designer, you will navigate the entire design process, from ideation to execution, while ensuring that your creations align with brand values. This role involves collaborating with various teams, selecting materials, and staying ahead of trends to deliver innovative and stylish products.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or related field
• •Extensive professional experience in apparel design, product creation, or design management
• •Proven ability to manage the design process from ideation to production readiness
• •Strong understanding of materials, construction, pattern making, and silhouette development
• •Excellent knowledge of design and PLM tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, Photoshop, PLM systems)
• •Demonstrated experience in design project management and cross-functional collaboration
• •Deep awareness of market trends, innovation, and sustainability in apparel
• •Strong communication and presentation skills
• •Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Tasks

• •Lead the full apparel design lifecycle
• •Translate consumer insights and cultural trends into designs
• •Ensure production feasibility of design concepts
• •Drive fabric and trim selection and material innovation
• •Collaborate with Softgoods Engineering on construction methods
• •Maintain relationships with mills and suppliers
• •Preserve design integrity through sampling and production
• •Manage the seasonal design calendar and deliverables
• •Facilitate cross-functional alignment among teams
• •Identify and resolve design and production challenges
• •Lead ongoing trend, market, and consumer research
