Requirements

  • •Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Production Engineering or related field
  • •Professional experience in industrial/production environments
  • •Knowledge of automation technologies and production systems
  • •Experience with P-FMEA, REFA, and Six Sigma
  • •Familiarity with mechatronics and simulation software
  • •Proficiency in CAD tools and MS Office
  • •Excellent communication and solution-oriented mindset
  • •Fluency in English and optional German skills
  • •Willingness to travel internationally

Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Develop forward-thinking automation concepts for complex product families
  • •Align projects with goals, timelines, and budgets
  • •Lead end-to-end automation projects and ROI analyses
  • •Validate and implement systems at supplier sites
  • •Optimize control systems to prevent production bottlenecks
  • •Create material lists and perform cost analyses
  • •Establish productivity monitoring and safety compliance systems
  • •Provide strategic guidance on manufacturing technology innovation
  • •Champion Industry 4.0 and modern production principles
  • •Support on-site commissioning at supplier facilities
  • •Collaborate on the company’s broader production strategy
