Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in social science or related field
- •3 years family violence experience
- •3 years administrative experience
- •Onsite work requirement
- •Ability to work independently
- •Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- •Obtain and maintain required contract security and background check
- •Administrative Support, Child Welfare, Domestic Abuse Intervention and Prevention
- •Bachelor's in Behavioral Health or Social Work

- •Assist the Family Advocacy Program Manager with FAP efforts
- •Provide administrative and analytical support to the installation ACS FAP
- •Support development of FAP-related trainings
- •Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and installation agencies
- •Draft and implement Standard Operating Procedures and agreements
- •Represent the FAPM in coordination with county and state agencies
- •Analyze family violence statistics for reporting purposes
- •Manage quality control for FAP reporting structures
- •Coordinate and schedule program-related meetings
- •Take and complete meeting minutes
- •Maintain the FAP annual and monthly training rosters
- •Assist with maintaining certification files and checklists
- •Provide initial client triage for appropriate FAP referrals
- •Facilitate periodic DA installation certification processes
- •Perform other duties as assigned
