Requirements

• •Degree in Business, Finance, FM, Architecture, Engineering
• •Experience in facility management and operations
• •Knowledge of finance, soft services, maintenance
• •Ability to lead projects and vendors
• •Vendor selection and contract negotiation skills
• •Proactive problem-solving for business continuity
• •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• •Proficiency in German and English

• •Manage space allocations and office moves
• •Address daily facility issues for efficient operations
• •Monitor health, safety, waste, and energy usage
• •Collaborate with procurement for cost-effective services
• •Manage and assess cleaning and security providers
• •Oversee food services and performance metrics
• •Negotiate contracts to identify cost reductions
• •Supervise reception and mail delivery services
• •Manage pantry supplies and office transportation
• •Coordinate parking, shuttles, and gym operations
• •Ensure compliance with HSE standards
• •Promote a positive safety culture and mitigate risks
• •Coordinate building maintenance with landlords
• •Handle lease negotiations with procurement and legal
• •Track and report financial and sustainability KPIs
• •Provide insights on space usage and service quality
