Description

As the primary on-site contact in Munich, you will oversee facility operations by managing vendors, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining safety protocols to exceed the client's expectations.

Requirements

• •5-10 years of Facility Management, Hoteling or Hospitality experience
• •Excellent people and client interaction skills
• •Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements
• •Knowledge of specialized vendor management
• •Fluent German and English skills
• •Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Architecture or Business Administration preferred
• •Strong IT skills
• •Ability to handle stressful situations

Tasks

• •Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• •Ensure compliance with company and client site policies
• •Manage the site according to German legal requirements
• •Engage stakeholders to exceed client expectations
• •Act as the primary on-site facilities contact
• •Manage vendors to ensure timely, budget-compliant service
• •Oversee vendor procurement and HS&E guideline adherence
• •Follow all established financial processes
• •Meet all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements
• •Implement and maintain property risk management audits
• •Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• •Execute escalation and incident reporting procedures
