Tasks
- Align facilities processes across multiple sites
- Coordinate work orders and daily operations
- Manage customer and vendor communications
- Maintain department records and databases
- Supervise outside contractors and service contracts
- Assist with project implementation and execution
- Audit vendor performance for contract compliance
- Support procurement and contract activities
- Coordinate schedules for multiple Facilities Coordinators
- Support the company sustainability program
- Research solutions for unique facilities requests
- Represent the department in inter-departmental meetings
- Translate verbal instructions into written formats
- Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive data
- Follow Quality Management System policies
- Wear required safety protective gear
