- •Coordinate work orders and daily operations
- •Manage customer and vendor communications
- •Maintain department records and databases
- •Supervise outside contractors and service contracts
- •Assist with project implementation and execution
- •Audit vendor performance for contract compliance
- •Support procurement and contract activities
- •Coordinate schedules for multiple Facilities Coordinators
- •Support the company sustainability program
- •Research solutions for unique facilities requests
- •Represent the department in inter-departmental meetings
- •Translate verbal instructions into written formats
- •Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive data
- •Follow Quality Management System policies
- •Wear required safety protective gear
