- •Technical or business degree or comparable qualification
- •Proven professional experience in a similar position
- •Passion for technical contexts and understanding of significance in craft and industrial production processes
- •Experience with technically demanding and consultative products such as 2K epoxy and polyurethane materials for tooling and composite applications
- •Persuasiveness in implementing ideas and addressing customer needs
- •Proficiency in modern communication and presentation technology and MS Office applications
- •Willingness to travel for business (approximately 50%)
- •Fluency in English

- •Explore new markets and customers
- •Establish partnerships with trading partners and direct customers
- •Provide first-class service and support for distributors and customers
- •Ensure key customers receive optimal support
- •Train distributors on product launches and packages
- •Organize and conduct meetings and customer training sessions
- •Launch new AR products and systems in target markets
- •Collaborate closely with the inside sales team and customer service centers
- •Visit end customers and distributor clients to assess product acceptance
- •Create and implement alternative sales strategies and distribution channels
