Requirements
- •15+ years of experience in static and F&DT analysis of systems
- •Strong understanding of EASA and FAA certification requirements for CS25 aircraft
- •Previous experience as a CVE for systems stress
- •Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach other stress engineers
- •Proficiency in FEM tools (e.g., Nastran, Patran, HyperWorks)
- •Familiarity with Catia or similar CAD environment and 3DEXPERIENCE
- •Strong technical writing skills for stress reports and compliance documentation
- •Understanding of load paths and system/component vibration considerations
- •Familiarity with fatigue and damage tolerance methods
- •Capability to participate in or define static/fatigue tests
- •Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- •Excellent communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
- •Ownership, accountability, and high attention to documentation quality
- •Strong problem solving, planning, and prioritization skills
- •Fluent English communication skills

- •Provide technical expertise for structural justifications of systems and cabin installations on CS25 commuter aircraft
- •Define analysis philosophy and methods for structural justification of systems and cabin installations
- •Review and approve structural analysis and compliance documentation from suppliers
- •Act as Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE) for analysis activities related to systems and cabin installations
- •Mentor and coach the Systems & Cabin Stress team while providing technical direction to suppliers
- •Define, witness, and interpret development and certification tests
