Requirements

• •Academic degree in business administration or international business with a focus on controlling
• •Proven track record of experience in controlling in a producing company
• •Relevant experience in production controlling
• •IT literacy in MS Office and SAP
• •Project management skills
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills
• •Keen interest in shaping production controlling
• •Team player who loves working with others
• •Energetic person with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
• •Great command of English

Tasks

• •Develop and implement KWS-wide production controlling guidelines
• •Continuously improve controlling processes in collaboration with business functions
• •Ensure accurate product cost calculations for planning and forecasting
• •Align methodologies with the Business Partner organization to ensure data quality
• •Standardize reporting structures at local and consolidated levels
• •Provide data and analysis on production processes and costs for decision-making
• •Guide Business Units, production, logistics, and controlling teams
• •Act as a trusted partner for stakeholders in production controlling matters
• •Support key users for relevant systems like SAP CO-PA and Material Ledger
• •Define system requirements with the Expert Hub Data and Demand Management
• •Evaluate change requests and provide system training for users
• •Design and deliver training programs in production controlling
• •Promote knowledge sharing and build capability within the finance community
