Shaping groupwide People & Culture programs and driving transformation projects for a global commercial vehicle manufacturer. Minimum 7 years of strategic HR and international project management experience required. Remote work, 20 days abroad within the EU, and hybrid work in Munich.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Org Dev, Business Admin, or related field
- Minimum 7 years deep experience in core HR processes and strategic HR roles
- Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities
- Proven international, cross-functional project management experience, ideally including M&A
- Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills
- Open-minded, self-driven, resilient team player
- Experience in matrix and cross-brand setups
- Excellent English skills

Tasks
- Drive strategic HR development
- Shape groupwide People & Culture program
- Support TRATON’s HR and TRATON Way Forward strategy
- Strengthen TRATON’s strategic HR capabilities
- Drive transformation programs
- Build Group-wide HR standards
- Support key governance forums
- Act as a connector across brands and functions
- Ensure coherence and impact of HR strategy initiatives
- Develop and evolve TRATON’s People & Culture program GROWING TOGETHER
- Align with TRATON Way Forward and business priorities
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Coordinate team development
- Manage transformation projects (e.g., M&A)
- Support strategic planning
- Conduct trend analysis
- Perform scenario planning
- Assess long-term capabilities
- Strengthen cross-brand collaboration
- Ensure alignment across brands
- Facilitate key HR exchange formats
- Enable coherent Group-wide HR governance
- Conduct data-driven analyses (HR data, organizational structures, KPIs)
- Translate insights into actionable proposals
- Prepare management-ready presentations and decision papers
- Support TRATON-wide harmonization initiatives
- Manage key transformation rollouts
- Implement change management
- Develop communication strategies
- Design job architecture
- Create leadership development programs
