• •Harmonize product ranges with country subsidiaries
• •Leverage scales through subsidiary alignment
• •Track supplier production capacity and coverage rates
• •Monitor e-sourcing status and report databases
• •Negotiate global service contracts with strategic suppliers
• •Deliver year-on-year incremental investments for business growth
• •Steer implementation of agreed services
• •Maximize services in line with value creation plans
• •Analyze and compare supplier RFQ inputs
• •Negotiate the best quality and price ratio
• •Execute performance review meetings with strategic suppliers
• •Review key performance indicators
• •Ensure accurate reporting of performance data
