Requirements
- Sustainability depth, financial expertise, stakeholder orchestration skills
- 10+ years progressive experience combining sustainability leadership with strong financial background, including social sustainability and human rights topics
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Coordinating and orchestrating supplier engagement processes to identify and assess environmental and Human Right risks across supply chain, ideally with tool experience like IntegrityNext
- Hands-on experience orchestrating ESG reporting platforms and data flows, coordinating cross-functional input at scale
- Strong finance & reporting backbone, ability to apply rigor to sustainability data
- Senior interface to executive stakeholders, translating complex content into crisp decision material
- Fluent German (native-level) and English (C2), ability to lead senior discussions and produce high-quality written outputs
- Track record of cross-functional orchestration across Finance, Compliance/Legal, Operations and sustainability stakeholders, driving alignment and outcomes
- Proven end-to-end ownership of CSRD/ESRS delivery, including Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) and translation into IROs/governance/reporting narratives
- Credible experience covering environmental topics (Scope 3/supplier data/Product Carbon Footprint) and social sustainability/human rights in corporate governance and reporting contexts
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, able to structure work, set governance, move stakeholders from discussion to execution, pragmatic and business-oriented
