- Drive program launch and PMA process
- Serve as Anaplan champion for ULPCMOS
- Implement program management practices
- Lead and integrate project manager and SME teams
- Oversee program planning, execution, and delivery
- Ensure programs meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and resource allocation
- Track program performance and identify improvement areas
- Implement solutions to enhance program efficiency
- Proactively identify and mitigate program risks
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Promote standardization and continuous improvement
