Description

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will navigate diverse projects, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication across teams. Your role involves defining project processes, managing risks, and translating technical details for stakeholders, all while fostering collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• •4+ years in technical project/program management
• •Customer-facing delivery experience
• •Ability to design and operationalize project management processes
• •Strong track record of driving complex programs to completion
• •Strong execution mindset with comfort in ambiguity
• •Excellent stakeholder management
• •Familiarity with Jira, Agile and Scrum
• •Exposure to HPC, AI infrastructure, or deep-tech products
• •Experience with EU-funded or other public funded programs

Tasks

• •Own delivery for customer requirements and deployment commitments
• •Manage internal cross-functional programs
• •Oversee grant-funded projects, including milestones and compliance coordination
• •Define and implement project management processes
• •Prioritize project intake and manage stage gates
• •Coordinate dependency management across teams
• •Handle change control and scope management for customer commitments
• •Drive execution by running project kick-offs and milestone reviews
• •Conduct weekly cadences and retrospectives
• •Follow up on deliverables and timelines with teams
• •Proactively identify risks, blockers, and trade-offs with mitigation plans
• •Create clean reporting with dashboards and executive summaries
• •Maintain a single source of truth for program status
• •Improve cross-functional communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• •Ensure customer-facing teams have clear delivery narratives and timelines
