Requirements

  • •Broad set of quantitative, qualitative, and interpersonal skills
  • •Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • •Intellectual curiosity and discipline
  • •Deep knowledge of financial statement analysis, financial modelling, valuation techniques
  • •Excellent commercial understanding and ability to assess business models
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • •University degree in business administration, economics, or similar field
  • •Study focus in Finance, Accounting, or Strategic Management
  • •Excellent academic performance
  • •Practical experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Strategy Consulting
  • •Highly motivated and able to work under pressure
  • •Excellent knowledge of German and English, additional language is a plus

Tasks

  • •Conduct commercial and financial analysis of business models
  • •Perform market analysis to identify and assess investment opportunities
  • •Create financial models for business planning and valuation assignments
  • •Assist senior investment professionals with due diligence processes
  • •Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and legal documents
  • •Contribute to the entire transaction process from decision to closing
  • •Monitor portfolio companies and support value creation initiatives
