- •Experience within research or public sector environment
- •Familiarity with Council or board-level governance

Tasks
- •Lead end-to-end management of strategic programmes
- •Establish programme plans and delivery frameworks
- •Monitor progress and identify resource pressures
- •Propose mitigation strategies for programme risks
- •Oversee ad-hoc initiatives commissioned by the COO
- •Align strategic direction with scientific priorities
- •Coordinate governance processes and operational standards
- •Prepare executive papers and briefing notes
- •Translate complex information into actionable insights
- •Track KPIs and benefits realisation
- •Liaise across all COO functional areas
- •Manage interdependencies to protect executive focus
- •Coordinate communication across senior leadership meetings
- •Prepare materials for executive governance meetings
- •Capture decisions and ensure robust follow-up
- •Foster collaboration across operational and administrative teams
