Tasks
- Lead end-to-end management of strategic programmes
- Establish programme plans and delivery frameworks
- Monitor progress and identify resource pressures
- Propose mitigation strategies for programme risks
- Oversee ad-hoc initiatives commissioned by the COO
- Align strategic direction with scientific priorities
- Coordinate governance processes and operational standards
- Prepare executive papers and briefing notes
- Translate complex information into actionable insights
- Track KPIs and benefits realisation
- Liaise across all COO functional areas
- Manage interdependencies to protect executive focus
- Coordinate communication across senior leadership meetings
- Prepare materials for executive governance meetings
- Capture decisions and ensure robust follow-up
- Foster collaboration across operational and administrative teams
