Requirements

• •15+ years of strategic business experience
• •Understanding of technology and consumer trends
• •Experience driving global organizational transformation
• •Strong management and leadership skills
• •Strong analytical and research experience

• •Ability to inspire and drive change
• •Fluent English language skills
• •MBA or Master’s in Engineering desirable
• •Prior strategy consulting experience advantageous
• •Knowledge of modern vehicle architectures advantageous
• •Experience with innovation in Asia advantageous
• •German, Chinese, or Korean skills advantageous
• •Willingness to travel up to 25%
• •Willingness to work in specified offices
• •Successful background investigation and drug screen

Tasks

• •Drive the Strategic Business Unit Intelligent Cockpit strategy
• •Lead and develop a team of ten members
• •Align business unit goals with automotive division strategy
• •Establish a strategy governance and reporting model
• •Define milestones and success metrics for business units
• •Utilize market research to shape strategic thinking
• •Analyze and present competitive data to leadership
• •Direct the innovation process and portfolio health-checks
• •Conceptualize new products based on technology trends
• •Represent the company's vision to customer strategy teams
• •Collaborate with M&A teams to identify growth opportunities
• •Manage strategic alliances and partner ecosystems
