Description

As a strategic advisor to the CPO, you will shape the narrative around workforce evolution and AI. You'll balance high-level counsel with hands-on content creation to drive the global People & Culture story.

• •Understanding of AI and technology trends
• •Senior corporate communications experience (10+ years)
• •Strong transformation experience and risk understanding
• •Strategic mindset and operational excellence
• •Experience developing executive-level thought leadership
• •Strong political acumen and stakeholder navigation
• •Ability to distil complex topics
• •Excellent English and German communication skills
• •High professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• •Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• •International and intercultural experience (plus)
