Requirements

  • •Degree in AI, Computer Science, or related field
  • •Several years of experience in AI roles
  • •Knowledge of AI and IT architectures
  • •Passion for AI and digital transformation
  • •Ability to automate workflows using AI agents
  • •Experience with SAP and its architecture
  • •Knowledge of SAP Business AI and BTP
  • •Ability to work in fast-paced teams
  • •Business acumen and C-level communication skills
  • •Excellent communication in German and English
  • •Strong problem-solving mindset
  • •Experience building AI Centers of Excellence
  • •Prior customer-facing advisory or consulting experience

Tasks

  • •Lead the customer SAP Business AI journey
  • •Act as the primary AI technical advisor
  • •Design and deliver strategic AI architectures
  • •Translate AI initiatives into technical reality
  • •Identify high-value AI use cases for customers
  • •Create specific AI roadmaps and ideation workshops
  • •Lead architecture discussions and AI hackathons
  • •Architect systems to automate manual processes
  • •Optimize engineering and delivery workflows
  • •Provide leadership on Generative and Agentic AI
  • •Monitor and advise on new AI developments
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional product and market teams
  • •Drive regional knowledge sharing and team enablement
  • •Guide lighthouse customers to achieve value at scale
  • •Integrate SAP Business AI into existing landscapes
  • •Establish customer AI centers of excellence
