- Manage team calendars and priorities
- Anticipate conflicts and dependencies
- Prepare meetings with context and clear objectives
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare agendas and document decisions
- Ensure follow-up on action points
- Maintain structured communication and information flow
- Support travel planning and logistics
- Track multiple projects and timelines
- Clarify deliverables and responsibilities
- Follow up proactively to maintain momentum
- Plan and execute leadership programs
- Support client engagements and interactions
- Identify and escalate gaps, risks, and bottlenecks
- Bring structure to complex environments
- Create and refine PowerPoint presentations
- Support proposal and RFP preparation
- Conduct light research and structuring
- Shape executive summaries and internal documents
- Ensure clarity and strong storytelling
- Maintain and improve presentation standards
- Prepare and execute client meetings
- Support client interactions and follow-ups
- Track deliverables and deadlines
