- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Book flights, accommodations, and transfers
- Create travel itineraries
- Ensure travel compliance with company policies
- Manage travel cost efficiency
- Plan quarterly leadership meetings
- Support team gatherings
- Organize offsite events within EMEA
- Prepare presentation materials
- Consolidate presentation materials
- Create presentations in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Serve as a coordination point with internal support functions
- Liaise with HR, Finance, and Communications
- Maintain smooth regional operations
