Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor/Master) preferred
- Recognized investment-related diploma (strong asset)
- Swiss Federal VET Diploma (CFC) or equivalent apprenticeship qualification
- Experience in order taking and direct client interaction
- Strong background in operational rigor and attention to detail
- Good understanding of key asset classes (equities, bonds, money market, FX, funds)
- Proficiency with Bloomberg (plus)
- Experience with core banking Order Management System (plus)
- Knowledge of Private Banking services
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and risks
- Strong client-service orientation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective prioritization ability
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Focus on active listening and mutual understanding
- Ability to perform under pressure

Tasks
- Manage daily client communication and requests
- Provide client account, holdings, and credit limit data
- Receive and transmit client orders via proprietary platforms
- Transmit client orders to Global Markets Services traders
- Provide portfolio holdings and valuation information
- Process client investment instructions
- Provide end-to-end support for the trade process
- Verify client identity for trades
- Confirm client orders
- Input client orders
- Confirm trade execution
- Reconcile trade execution
- Adhere to operational and financial risk frameworks
- Coordinate with operations, risk, and execution desk
- Ensure timely and accurate processing
- Ensure swift resolution of issues
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge
- Complete all mandatory training
